It's Good To Talk About Your Grief

After the funeral is over many people are left feeling lonely, family and friends have all gone their own way and you may feel that they are avoiding you. They are only avoiding you probably because they do not know what to say. When you do finally talk to them, they change the subject when you talk about the person you have lost, or they suggest it's not helping you to 'get over' your grief.


Talking about your loss and the grief you are feeling to others CAN help you. It is an important part of the healing process to talk, as others may share their feelings and memories with you and also listen.

So, 'It's Good To Talk'.
